You are responsible for the content you generate. You agree not to use Brat Generator for any illegal purposes or to create content that violates the rights of others.

User Creations:

Brat Generator claims zero ownership over the images you create. You retain all rights to your exports. Our platform provides the processing engine for your artistic vision.

Studio Assets:

The Brat Generator interface, name, and industrial-strength code suite are the exclusive property of the project authors. Unauthorized replication of the "Digital Noir" studio experience is prohibited.

Brat Generator is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the professional studio tools or the quality of the final exports.
